The Elegant Victorian Inn

The VI Restaurant and Tavern is located within The Victorian Inn, in the historically quaint village of Ferndale, California.

This vintage 1890 Victorian building is constructed of local Humboldt County redwoods for an authentic California Redwood experience. The modern conveniences and luxury amenities of the Victorian Inn cater to vacationers, tourists and business travelers alike.

Historical Significance and Modern Amenities

Unique, well-appointed guest rooms showcase vintage fixtures and furnishings highlighted by 14-16 foot vaulted ceilings. Each room offers a private attached bathroom, high-speed wireless access, cable television and a private phone. Our luxury suites offer two bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements for larger families or groups.

Every accommodation at the Inn includes your choice of breakfast from our menu and served in our the main Dining Room. There is also a lounge area, serving as a gathering place and game room and at other times of the day, featuring high speed cable and/or wireless internet access for our guests with laptops, a reading area, an electric fireplace and a variety of cards and games for our guest’s enjoyment. Gourmet coffee and a variety of teas are provided 24 hours a day.
